Hill Country Rainwater, LLC (“we,” “us”) designs and installs rainwater collection systems in Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through www.HillCountryRainwater.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you request a quote, fill out our contact form, call, text or email us, we collect what you share: your name, email, phone number, property address, and details about your project.

How long we keep it
We keep customer and project records for as long as we need them to support your system and warranty, and as required for tax and legal purposes. We delete inquiry information we no longer need.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Google API services
We use an internal tool that connects to Google’s APIs to read performance reports from our own Google Ads account. It reads only our own account data. It does not access visitors’ or customers’ Google accounts, and it does not share Google user data with anyone. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
